At T-RAYO Apparel Co., we understand the excitement of receiving exclusive small-batch drops. Our fulfillment operations in Mumbai process orders from Monday through Saturday (excluding national and regional postal holidays).

• Prepaid Priority: Orders paid via UPI, Net Banking, or Cards receive automated priority queuing and express air packing priority.
• Cut-off Timelines: Orders placed before 1:00 PM IST on working days are processed on the same business day whenever stock is readily allocated.
• Pre-Order / Drop Releases: For specific high-demand archive drops or pre-order capsules, dispatch begins strictly on the announced drop release date visible on the product page.

Note on Force Majeure: Unforeseen transit delays caused by extreme monsoon conditions, state roadblocks, or festival courier congestions will be proactively notified via SMS or WhatsApp.

• Prepaid Orders (UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking): ₹0 FREE SHIPPING nationwide with no minimum cart value threshold.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): A nominal handling fee of ₹49 is levied on Cash on Delivery orders to cover third-party courier cash collection charges.
• COD Address Verification: For COD orders, our automated system or concierge desk will send an instant WhatsApp / SMS verification link to prevent failed deliveries and ensure safe courier scheduling.

Transparency is core to our brand. The moment your parcel is assigned an Air Waybill (AWB) number:

• Instant Notification: You receive an email and WhatsApp update containing your direct tracking URL and courier partner name.
• My Orders Dashboard: You can monitor your live package status directly inside our My Orders page at any time.
• Out for Delivery Alert: On delivery day, our courier will share a dedicated delivery executive contact and an OTP security verification SMS.

To protect luxury heavyweights during transit, every garment is packaged according to strict atelier protocols:

• Inner Layer: Custom branded reusable frosted waterproof ziplock dust-bag protecting fabrics against moisture and transit friction.
• Outer Layer: Heavy-duty tear-resistant poly security flyer with high-strength destructive adhesive seal that displays evidence if tampered with.
• Important Notice: If the outer package arrives torn, opened, or resealed with unbranded tape, please refuse acceptance from the delivery agent and notify our Concierge immediately.

In the rare event of an unforeseen courier complication:

• Damaged in Transit: Report within 48 hours of delivery to our Concierge via WhatsApp (+91 6260092131) or Email (trayoinfo@gmail.com) with parcel photos for an instant complimentary replacement.
• Lost Shipment Guarantee: If a package is marked lost by our courier network or stalled in transit for more than 7 business days, we immediately dispatch a fresh replacement or issue a 100% full refund.
• Failed Delivery Attempts: Couriers make up to 3 delivery attempts. Please ensure your registered phone number is reachable to coordinate OTP delivery.
