Welcome to T-RAYO ("we", "our", "us", or "the Brand"). These Terms of Service constitute a legally enforceable digital agreement between you and T-RAYO Apparel Co. regarding your access to our web platform, mobile experiences, and digital checkout facilities.

By accessing any portion of our site, interacting with our customer service concierge, or ordering limited streetwear, you acknowledge full acceptance of these terms. If you do not accept these terms in their entirety, you should immediately refrain from using our platform.

• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your registered mobile number, OTP credentials, and email address.
• Accurate Identity: Users agree to supply authentic, verified contact information to guarantee seamless courier dispatch.

All products, silhouette descriptions, weight specifications (GSM), prices, seasonal promotions, and release schedules displayed on the T-RAYO platform are subject to revision or discontinuation without mandatory prior notice.

• First-Come, First-Served: Placement of items in a cart or wishlist does not reserve physical inventory. Inventory is exclusively reserved upon payment confirmation.
• Color & Texture Representation: We calibrate editorial photography under controlled studio lighting. Minor variations in wash finish, heavyweight French terry texture, and hue may occur due to device display characteristics.
• Pricing Integrity: In the rare instance of an obvious system or clerical pricing error, T-RAYO reserves the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.

Every garment undergoes a strict dual-stage quality audit at the T-RAYO Atelier prior to packaging. To sustain our ⚡ Fast Delivery guarantee, parcels are transferred directly to premium air and surface courier partners.

• Address Verification: Customers must submit correct street addresses, landmark references, PIN codes, and operational mobile numbers.
• RTO & Misdelivery: T-RAYO holds no liability for delayed, lost, or returned shipments stemming from incorrect recipient information or customer non-responsiveness upon courier contact.
• Live Tracking: Real-time shipment tracking IDs and live tracking URLs are transmitted automatically via SMS and WhatsApp once the courier manifest is created.

Due to the speed of our automated dispatch system, modifications (such as size adjustment or shipping address changes) must be communicated immediately through the customer orders drawer or our direct WhatsApp Concierge before courier handoff.

• Post-Dispatch Cancellations: Once a tracking number is generated and the package has departed our distribution center, the order cannot be intercepted in transit and must follow the standard return procedure.
• Damaged or Incorrect Items: If a package arrives tampered with or with an incorrect silhouette, you must notify the Atelier within 48 hours of delivery along with photographic proof.
• Archival & Final Sale Drops: Certain limited-edition drops marked as "Final Sale" or bespoke collaborations are non-exchangeable except in the proven case of transit defect.

The T-RAYO brand name, emblem, signature screen-print illustrations, typography sets, lookbooks, site design, copy, code, and video assets are owned exclusively by or licensed to T-RAYO Apparel Co.

No individual or organization may copy, reverse engineer, reproduce, publish, transmit, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content from this platform without explicit written authorization signed by an authorized director of T-RAYO.

Counterfeit manufacturing, logo tampering, or unauthorized commercial replication of our garment designs will be prosecuted to the fullest extent permitted by national and international intellectual property law.

To protect our legitimate customer community and ensure fair drop access, T-RAYO employs automated fraud-detection shields. We reserve the unilateral right to refuse, restrict, or cancel any transaction suspected of:

• Automated bot scripts, multiple account hoarding, or unauthorized bulk purchasing for black-market resale.
• Payment irregularities, stolen payment instruments, or unresolved chargebacks.
• Liability Ceiling: In any legal claim arising from our products or site, the maximum liability of T-RAYO shall never exceed the actual monetary amount paid by the customer for the specific item in dispute.

We may revise these Terms of Service periodically to reflect operational modifications, courier changes, or regulatory requirements. Continued access to our platform subsequent to any published amendments constitutes your unconditional acceptance.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes or claims arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
